Billing

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

6. Data and Content

ADS-B Data

Aircraft tracking data is derived from publicly broadcast ADS-B signals. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of this data.

User Content

If you contribute data as a data provider, you grant us a license to use, process, and display this data as part of our Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PlaneTrack.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To violate any laws or regulations
• To infringe upon the rights of others
• To transmit harmful code or interfere with the Service
• To collect data for unauthorized purposes
